Oh hey! Hi! Are you excited? Cause I am, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Bec - I’m a full-time marriage celebrant living on the Central Coast who loves a good chat, a good story, good people, and having a good time. Whaddya know - marrying people kind of ticks all the boxes, right?

I burst with excitement and pride when I marry the beautiful people who give me the huge honour of guiding them into marriage. Ceremonies hold all sorts of meaning for different people, and finding out what that is for each new couple and making sure that’s what they get, is so. much. fun. And incredibly rewarding!

Before I got into the business of marrying the most fabulous people, I worked in PR and journalism. Storytelling has always been at the core of every job I’ve had, but now I get to tell the best kinds.

I became a celebrant because I love a good time and connecting with fun people, but I’m also mighty passionate about helping couples to have the day they deserve. I believe the fun part of a wedding should start with the ceremony, not the reception!

I’m also a mum, wife (yes! Been married, know what you’re going through), dog lover, beach goer, wobbly yoga attempter, repeat champion meat-tray raffle winner, and coffee and pinot noir aficionado. I’m a publican’s daughter and a farmer’s granddaughter. That means I won’t say no to a tap beer; that helping people enjoy themselves is in my blood; and that I appreciate wonderful characters. You know, the ‘good eggs’ of this world.

But what I love about this gig is that it’s not about me, it’s all about YOU and celebrating the awesome love you have, in your way, on your day.

Why you’ll love me

Think of me as your best mate’s cool (that’s self-proclaimed), slightly dad-jokey but very fun and helpful older sister. I’m here to share your excitement but also make sure you feel in control and know that you’re going to have the day YOU deserve, without the overwhelm of wedding planning. 

I’m not into cookie-cutter wedding ceremony templates because a) you can’t one-size fits all a wedding and b) I’m genuinely into digging into your love story and making sure we capture it and celebrate it in all its glory with your favourite people.
