Hello lovers! Are you excited? Cause I am, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m Bec Page; full-time marriage celebrant, professional storyteller, and publican’s daughter who won’t say no to a tap beer. I’m based on the Central Coast but I show up wherever love stories are happening: from the Hunter Valley to Sydney and beyond.

Before I got into the business of marrying the most fabulous people, I worked in PR and journalism. Storytelling has always been at the core of everything I do, but now I get to tell the best kinds of stories: yours. The kind that make a whole chapel, garden, restaurant or paddock of people feel something deeply wonderful at the same time as they celebrate what two people who were once strangers have created together, with each other, in their very own ceremony.

I'm also a mum, a wife, a daily wobbly yogi, a repeat champion meat-tray raffle winner, and a coffee and pinot noir aficionado. I know what wedding planning feels like from the inside. And I know that the ceremony, when it's done right, is the moment the whole day bursts open.

That's the bit I live for.

Fast Facts

How I’d describe my ceremony style

Your favourite movie, but you’re the heroes, your guests are obsessed with you both and everyone’s rooting for your happily ever after like it’s their team about to win the Super Bowl.

My green flag

Couples who say, “we trust you, we know you’ll make it amazing.” That’s when I know we’re going to have fun.

Wedding ick

Garters on brides. Removed by the groom’s teeth. As drunk uncles watch on.

In one past life…

I was a finance newsreader. There were no love stories in sharemarket updates.

The hardest script to write

A generic one. I write real stories about real love, not a rambling abstract poem about love as a concept.

Who I often clock at a wedding

The mother of the groom. Sometimes the scariest and most deeply connected person in the front row. Maybe I’m taking notes, I’ve got about 25+ years to prep.

They said it:

"She has this beautiful way of lifting the energy in the room while grounding you at the same time."

Dane + Bex

"Even with last minute weather changes and a difficult guest to manage, she handled everything with complete grace, professionalism and calm. Nothing ever seemed too hard for her, and she kept the whole ceremony feeling relaxed and full of joy.

Ryleigh + Josh

"She delivered the ceremony with such authenticity that it felt meaningful not just to us, but to every single guest. So many people told us how beautiful, personal, and 'us' the ceremony felt."
